If This Sounds Familiar

You’ve been thinking about
starting or growing your business
for a while.

  • Maybe you have been sitting on an idea for months.
  • Maybe you already started, took a few steps, and then lost momentum.
  • Maybe you got stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what to do next.

When you build alone, it is easy to postpone things, second-guess yourself, or leave good ideas unfinished.

Sometimes the missing piece is not more knowledge—it is accountability, structure, and the chance to talk things through with other people who are also building something of their own.

Business Momentum Mastermind is a small group format designed to help you keep moving. It brings together people who want to stay accountable to their goals, exchange ideas, and build momentum through regular check-ins.

What This Is

“Sometimes the missing piece
is saying your goal out loud
and coming back to it regularly.”

Five people and one facilitator meet every two weeks for 12 weeks. Each session is 90 min: you share what you have been working on, the group offers perspective, and you leave with a clear focus for the next two weeks.

The format is consistent and structured. Each session follows the same rhythm so the group can stay focused on what matters: your progress, what is in the way, and what to do next. There is also space to exchange ideas—sometimes the most useful thing is hearing how someone else approached the same problem.

Each member is working toward something concrete—shaping an offer, finding first clients, setting up a first service, or moving from idea into action. The group helps you think things through, offers a different perspective when you feel stuck, and holds you to what you said you would do.

Between sessions, there is a private Slack channel for sharing updates, asking questions, and staying connected. It is a light space, not a feed to keep up with.

How It Works

The
Group

5 people and one facilitator per cohort. Matched by goals, stage of advancement, location, and context. Small enough for genuine trust and focused conversation.

The
Sessions

6 sessions over 12 weeks, 90 minutes each, every two weeks. A regular cadence that keeps progress visible and gives enough space to act between meetings.

The
Accountability

You share what you committed to. You report back on what happened. The group offers perspective, helps you think things through, and keeps you moving.

Who Leads This

Your facilitator

Not a coach selling change. A practitioner who builds teams for a living.

Facilitator · Engineering Leader

I’ve spent the last few years scaling an engineering org from 3 to 20 people—mostly through direct feedback, structured goals, and not letting anyone (myself included) off the hook. That approach got a struggling team back on track and kept promotions at 25% year over year. I write about what I’ve learned at From Teams to Titans. I built this mastermind because I wanted the same thing for myself—a small group that would hold me accountable to goals that don’t fit on a performance review.
